If it served a purpose other than "ooo, purty" then I might consider it. But I don't really use horses much either, so it doesn't improve my game experience at all.

I refuse to pay for small stuff that should have been in the game in the first place. Maybe a huge map-pack or something along those lines. Something that actually adds replay value. As for small crap that isnt going to affect my gameplay, let me use my Achievement points for stuff like that. They gotta be good for something other than just looking at.
