I don't think they have extended PS+ to the PSV yet.
Not sure if some of the PSP games are included in PS+
Vita games/discounts will be coming to plus

Chopperlifter made no money, escape plan is still one of the top 5 Downloadable titles. I'm sure once Sony sees its not raking in the cash with it they will do that...especially when DLC goes back to $5

I doubt they will be giving out Escape plan any time soon. They just gave us DLC for .25 for it. They have given us motorstorm RC for free. Seems like they are taking care of the vita community pretty well, since it did only hit the shelves a few months ago now.
I will also enjoy Uncharted for free as well..
