Diablo 3 Coop partners

I want to start a group of people that will coop on a regular basis and rank characters up about the same rate. I can imagine that if we don't have a dedicated character and group playing weekly (or whatever rate) together that some of us will have our characters so far ahead of each other it will be hard for some keep up.

So I am willing to save 1 or 2 characters for AGE coop only on a certain night. If don't have those AGE guys in the match I wont use that character to keep levels close to each other. I understand some people hate or can not commit on weekly basis so we can just adjust every week. As far as voice chat we can use steam or skype to talk, it will make it so much more fun listening to people D&D (drink and diablo).. LOL

It would be cool to have one of each class but not really a must if we duplicate them. Unless they wont less us... I don't see my self ever playing the monk other then with a group so that's why I chose him.

Hey I'll be a HULK SMASH Barbarian. Only problem is that I'll be gone for two weeks--last week of May and first week of June (May 25th-June 4th). So, I can hop in for the first bit, but once I'm out you guys can go on ahead
