Also, for Xbox Live Indie Games Microsoft does not have any part of the approval for their release. The games are purely reviewed by the other indie devs before release. If the game gets reported for Abuse then Microsoft gets involved but for just releasing an Xbox Live Indie Game they do not check it or approve it.
