Table Names

Alright so I have taken on the grave responsibility of naming the tables for our Wedding reception. Now me being a geek, the table names need to be sufficiently geeky. None of this lame ass '1' '2' '3' business. As such, I am turning to the community here for some ideas on table names. We would need 20 at the most.

I was thinking about doing gaming quotes like "all your base are belong to us", but I'm not sure I could come up with enough. Also thought about other quotes, like "I'd rather kiss a Wookie" just cause that sounds like it would be baller when the DJs release tables to the buffet.

this isn't going to be much help, but here's what we did at our wedding:

we used chinese characters as our table names. we picked out words like "friendship", "love", "family", etc. then had an artist friend of ours make the table cards, about the size of an index card. the table's symbol was duplicated on each guest's name card. it came off pretty slick. of course some of the older guests needed help figuring it out, but we predicted that.

you could use different porno mags as the table names. you know, so and so sits with uncle will at table hustler, and aunt vcize and uncle munds sit at table barely 18. they could each pick up a complimentary magazine so they could find their table. you should try to make it interactive.

Hahah, we used Japanesse Monster Movie Names for our tables. Mothra, Gamera, Gozilla, rodan, etc.

I Should Add that we're both big Monster Movie fans and most people at the wedding got that and got a good kick out of it... though some of the older folk were a bit "What the Heck?"

My wife and I are uber LOTR fans/nerds and as such we picked the names of locations from Middle Earth...Valinor, Mordor, The Shire...etc...actually not sure if we used Mordor...but you get the idea.Edit: if you guys are into star wars, I say cuz of your wookie ref...then you could always go with location names from the SW Universe as well.

I was going to say NES game titles (Duck Hunt, Super Mario, etc), but I like AJ's idea.
