I kinda don't know how to post on an existing thread so I did it this way.

at the top of each thread there is a button that says post reply.
hit it and you can post a reply in the thread you are reading.
if you want to quote something in a thread to respond to it, hit the quote post button on the top right corner of the post you want to quote and you will be able to qoute it.
