If you have any suggestions or questions please add a reply to this thread instead of to any individual video threads unless, of course, it has to do with that video.

For anyone that has problems viewing the videos that are posted try making sure that you have the latest Flash Player.  Also, if I clear my cache it nearly always gets a video playing again.

The AGE TV section seems sorta cluttered on first glance. Sometimes it's not readily apparent what game the vid is from just by the title...ok on this I posted two ambiguous thread titles so that's my bad.

I'm not sure adding sub-channels for games would make it easier, but one thing that would make it cool and easy to tell at a glance would be if we could add like a mini-icon next to the film reel that depicted the game the video was about for game specific videos.

I agree and I was hoping that the tags would achieve that organization.  However, if you click on a tag it takes you to the matches for all forums posts, not just those in AGE TV.  You could also search at the top (already should be set to AGE TV) for "Gears" but it returns all posts, not just top-level posts. 

Grumpy/Sharky ... any thoughts on out-of-the-box CS features that would help?

well that was the idea i suggested. But instead of text I just prefer a little mini icon. Just makes it look cooler. But, if we all agree to use the text standard after the film reel icon that's cool too.

Well ... out of the box you can only have one post icon ... we could create a custom set of icons to replace the film-reel icon to be a "Gears video" icon.

that would be sweet. i mean functionaly the text thing works...but the visual element adds a nice touch. so if it's not too much work or a big deal, my vote would go toward the game specific icons!

I second this idea, but I will revise my titles in the interim.  I realize how much of a time-sink this stuff can be for the people behind the scenes and wouldn't want to add any "work" to a site they come to for recreation.  Beers all around!

Ok ... I set one of the Gears of Wargasm videos to use the new post icon.  Let me know what you think.  I think it needs to be a little smaller but I'll let y'all decide.

Oooh!  Looks nice.  It is a little larger than the other icons, but hey... it's Gears.  It should be "bigger, better, and more badass!"

Ok ... I created post icons for Gears, CoD, TF2 and Halo.  Had a little trouble making a NHL one so I haven't done that.  Will jsut have to use the stock film reel for others.

Let me know if you think that makes it look any better ... I am not sure it made much of a difference but in the "Active Threads" and "Not Read Threads" screens they should stand out.
