     I finally got my hava setup.  Short story is I received a defective one that I bought off Woot for $80.  There customer service was great though and fixed it for me, and I've now got it hooked up. 

    question for you other video people.  What program do you use to edit and compile videos?  Looking to keep it under $100 but with as many good features and easy to use as possible.

    I actually just sent VCize a message on this, here's his response...

    I used to use Pinnacle Studio 11, but have switched to Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9.

    Studio has the most intuitive interface, and is easy to pick up real quick for simple stuff and easy to do stuff fast.  But, it's very buggy and I just got tired of that, plus sometimes the bugs would carry through to the final product which was annoying.

    I'm really happy with Vegas Move Studio so far.

    though i use Final Cut Express on my Mac (and recommend that for any Mac video editor), I've heard nothing but great things about Vegas on HD editing forums for PC users.

    I use Pinnacle Studio as well combined with VirtualDUB for some more advanced stuff.  Pinnalce is quite easy to use but is a bit limited if you want to "go beyond."

     

    Check out the second half of the AGE 101 on this stuff ... let mw know if I need to add anything.

    I approve of the use of the face sliding midget as a tutorial guide but he's really not teaching me anything other than how to slide properly.

    I used the video editor that comes with vista for my last video (last bow). It's fine for simple cuts to music and titles and the price us right :) I have an old version of premiere but it chokes on the hava files.

    I made a quickie vid of the MP demo a few weeks back to pimp it out here and get more people interested, but Tbad's site wasn't having it.  Methinks the operator has been hitting the bottle too hard.  I'll try again, or find elsewhere to host, so the fence-sitters can get an idea of what the gameplay is like.

    it's all fixed now, i believe, it should be able to take the huge uploads for you now , I was a tad lax in getting to this problem i apoligize F Off now go upload something and tell me if it works
