Great deal but just so you know, I don't think Amazon ever sold these at $199. I think I got mine for $169 a few months ago. Best Buy/other brick 'n mortars does sell them at list though. Still $150 is a great deal on these if you like to game late at night and don't want to disturb the family. However they offer a pretty immersive setting so you better watch out for your kids sneaking up on you and scaring the crap out of ya. LOL.

I have the x3 and love them.  I couldn't justify spending $199 on a head set.  Best Buy had $20 off on the X3 and with that, I bought them on the spot.  With the games I play and a newborn sleeping just upstairs, it was a great buy.

If you got in on that Amazon 50% off deal a few days ago you can get these for $75.

Just noticed today that Best Buy had them for $159

how is the hissing noise that people complain about?  Also, does anyone use this for PS3 and 360?  Is there any different setup--i.e. is it annoying?

BT...for game sounds there won't be any difference as it's just connected via optical toslink.

A great headset. For PS3 though...it won't play DTS and if you're thinking they'd be great for movies, they are...only if it's DD and not DTS only.
