I think I've got this issue fixed now if you're still interested.

Also posted a qt video of one of the songs from this weekend. I dialed down the quality a bunch to make the file smaller since I can't stream video right now.

It looked better at home. I need to lighten it up so you can see better. I'll work on that this evening.
