I don't know if anyone is planning on picking up this game besides myself, but I just had to share some stuff with you guys, because the more I read about this game the more unbelieviable it becomes. IGN has a huge FAQ on their messageboard and I thought I'd post a few things here that caught my eye and make the wait for this game unbearably long. <ul> San Andreas is not a city, it's a state.
The city will not be set in Los Angeles, San Francsico or Las Vegas, but in all three.
The cities will contain countryside in between.
The state will contain three cities, Los Santos (Los Angeles), San Fierro (San Francisco) and Las Venturra (Las Vegas)
Each city is approximately the same size as Vice City.
Not all of the cities will be accessible to begin with.
The entire game is estimated to be 4-6 times larger than previous GTA releases. (What?!?!?) The cities contain miles and miles of interstate, valleys, freeways, deserts, coastline and badlands. You are free to explore all of them.
The countryside contains fields, farms, rivers, forests, deserts and hills.
The countryside contains a legendry mountain nearly half a mile tall. It takes a minute just to fly from the base to the top in a chopper, and much longer on bike. (!!!!!) 150+ Hours New vehicles that aren't available in town, are available in the countryside, like quad bikes. [/list]

It seems that they've added so many new things to this game to keep it fresh that it could be unstoppable. I can't count the hours I've invested in the other 2 games, and they were basically the same game - this one sounds radically different and improved. A true sequel to GTA III which is super exciting.
My life is over in the next few months.
