I think this one settles it for me. I'm definitely going to be getting this.

Wow, you can play 4 players at once in tag team, from 4 xbox's? Is that right? If so, that is awesome.

It's probably a good time to go out and get a fighting stick.

Maybe I'm just a simple person.... I don't know about you guys, but just the fact that you can play this online makes me giddy. /AGE/DesktopModules/YetAnotherForumDotNet/images/emoticons/026.gifAll the extra features are nice, like arcade style play, too.

Actually, DOA plays quite nicely with a regular s controller. I've tried many controller's digital pads, but none are as stable as the controller S. Stay away from MadCatz when buying controllers if you want a good experience with the digital pad. One thing I wish they implemented was the ability to adjust the levels of "soft" button pressing vs. "hard" button pressing (like they did in DOAX). Hopefully this feature was implemented into DOAU.

This is a safe bet, as previous DoA's have always been playable with infinite time.

I'd like to play this with my Namco arcade stick -a great one btw- I got for my PS2. I've heard about the possibility to get an adaptor to play PS2's controllers on XBox.
Any of you got experience with this?

I use to play DOA 2 a lot on the Dreamcast and loved it. It's great to see that you can soon play it online and hence have no shortage of human opponents. Still, I can see how any sort of lag could ruin the experience since gameplay revolves around split-secont combos and counters. I'll probablly be getting this one eventually...funds are kind of short after just ordering Halo 2.
