I've never done anything like this before but thanks to you guys I'm going to take a couple of days off of work and immerse myself in H2 goodness. Say it loud 'I'm geek and I'm proud'.

But when does it come out? You guys keep mentioning the 9th, I haven't looked but guess thats what it says on the H2 site. On the UK xbox.com site it says the 11th. If thats a global release I'm a Chinaman. If I don't get it till 2 days after you how am I going to get9 or so hourshead start on Nef? My dreams are shattered.

As much as I would like to take time off from work just to play H2, vacation time in very valuable near the end of the year. I will have to play through the night. :smt037

Yes, I fear that the "European Release Date" is a couple of days later than here in the good old US of A. So you are guaranteed to be somewhat behind the "power curve" when it comes to playing against some of our more skilled uber-geeks. Not to worry, though. Some of us will be ripe for the kill. A full weeks head start wouldn't change that.

Yeah the 11-9-04 that's the day but I'm not sure if that means is ships that day of arrives that day. It could be different for you guys in the UK though.

I've played the shit out of it with Trizzle, BeerGod,and Demon Apostle.....yet never played it consistantly. I'm good, but I'm sure there's many Halo fanatics that will own me.
