BA Downloadable Content

Since the new downloads will soon be upon us, is everyone going to get them? I'd like to know what the group is leaning towards though I'll probably get them regardless. Five bucks isn't a whole lot in the grand scheme of things anyway and it'd be nice not to have to worry about getting dropped or limiting the game for others who have them. Even though Halo 2 will soon greatly decrease the spin time for BA. I'm sure after a few weeks of more "cartoonish" shooting I'll be longing for the "step out the door and die" BA action.

i am not getting the download cause halo 2 is around the corner. plus im not a big fan of paying extra money for dlc. Not to mention they should release a patch to fix the problems in the game befor there are any more map releases.

Yeah. I'll be getting the DC. Why not? Just a few more maps I'll never be able to learn. And I get to pay for them.

That's the best argument to get them. BA won't permanently go away when
Halo2 comes out (I think) since it's a diff game entirely.

I will probably get this. Sure Halo 2 is just around the corner, but this is still a great game, and with the DLC it will keep it interesting when I want to play something different than Halo 2.

I dont mind paying for dlc, for me all the work on the dlc is post game so the designers need to be payed. Also for me I am buying Halo2 but I am not really a fan of the first one, I just dont like the idea of shooting someone 5-10 times to drop their shield then another 5 times to kill them.....but oh wait.....walk up to me and wack me upside the head with a gaun and I am dead quicker then shooting me. Obviolsy I am jaded cause my first experience in multi player was a full night of playing with addicts on a lan game and I knew nothing of the game.....I dont thinkI killed ANYONE!

I'm not sure yet. I still havent been killed in all the maps there are already. Maybe if I die a few times in all the maps I will think about it. Halo 2 is comming out, but they are two different style of games so both will get play. Just like SW:BF,RS:BA, and UCI play them about equal as they each offer something different. I'm just not to big on paying for content. I did it on PGR2 but I'm still trying to deciede if that was worth it......

I'll be getting this. wtf, it's $5 for 4 maps! Plus as Circ mentioned, it is a different game from Halo 2. I might not feel like being skewered on a plasma blade some nights...

:smt023Ill be downloading them.....I cant really think of a reason not to. Im gonna be on H2 from the 9th till H3, but I know that its not going to be the only thing I play. There are other titles also, but nothing is quite like BA, plus its only five bucks.....its not like you have to take out a lone or sell a kidney.

Wasn't going to get them because I haven't even played this game in quite sometime. Since I'm new here and see that there's a lot of people that are grabbing/gragged them I decided to get them. Hope to see some of you folks online.
