Here is my first attempt at making a video with my new Hava. I had a few more highlights, but mistakenly f'd up some of it and decided to scrap it. I've never worked with Windows Movie Maker before... actually this was the first time I've ever tried to make any kind of video. That being said, it came out reasonably well. Please be advised that the participants in this video were under the influence of strong spirits. Kids, don't try this at home:

I actually remember some of those video moments. I can never remember where that gas is.

What's funny is I have at least 2 more incidents where you were killed by the gas. Unfortunately, I screwed up most of my work like I had mentioned above. Hehheh... you're in for a rough time net week! [:P]

wow greasy you play pretty well when your drunk. And you didn't even have to cheat.

Yeah, well, I've had lotsa practice. [;)] I assume that was tongue-in-cheek? I was pretty horrible most of the night, but that was to be expectedconsidering the state I was in. The only legitimate kill I had (on video) was the chainsaw on Kenshiro under the "Die, shaver, die!" title. All my other kills were against teammates. The one where I killed Nizz, it certainly looked like it was my intent to take him out. [:S]

Upon reviewing the footage, I actually had a few decent rounds throughout the night, but I thought it would be funnier to show a side many of you don't get to see... me getting pwned as opposed to being the pwnee. [:P]

And you didn't even have to cheat.

No, but that didn't stop certain other opponents from cheating *coughkillbotcough*. [*-)]

For the video-makers out there: does anyone know how to fastforward the footage (while keeping it as part of the movie) in Windows Movie Maker? I couldn't find it anywhere, but I'm almost certain it is an available option. I had some footage that was part of the same round that I wanted to keep together rather than transitioning to a later point, but I couldn't find the fast forward option. It would help keep some of the continuity of the round rather than cutting directly to the action and losing what led up to the point I wanted to show. Or, can anyone recommend some n00b-friendly movie-making software? Thanks.

It is ubern00b friendly.

I use Pinnacle Studio 11 and it's pretty n00b friendly. At least, making the footage fast forward is easy.

oh! Well, I couldn't really read the names. SO I thought you were doing most of the killing.

Nice job! Given our states of mind on Friday, I'm surprised you were able to work the thing!
