shooter for the psp

<P mce_keep="true">so i finally picked up a psp, and i really like shooters. anybody have an opinion as to the best shooter for this? preferably first person, but third is ok, if the game is f'n awsome (see gears). also, i'm definitely a run and gun kinda gamer.

I don't know how the game is, but I was very tempted to get a psp when Star Wars Battlefront came out on it.

They're coming out with basically the same thing on the 360, except it's LotR instead of Star Wars. I think it's even the same development team.

yeah, you pointed that out before, i can't wait, but i think it's quite a ways off. i hope it comes out on psp.

<P mce_keep="true">Third person - Either of the Syphon filter games (Dark Mirror, Logan's Shadow) - These 2 games are really excellant.

<P mce_keep="true">Also, Killzone Liberation is really good as a top down type shooter. Pretty hard at times but well worth it at around $20 now. Even has free downloadable levels for the SP.

A decent game like Socom: Fireteam Bravo (http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/psp/socomusnavysealsfireteambravo?q=socom) could be found for cheap these days.

I would highly recommend Dark Mirror as well. Excellent game.

Overall, I love the PSP but the lack of a second analog stick really hurts most shooters.

A decent game like Socom: Fireteam Bravo (http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/psp/socomusnavysealsfireteambravo?q=socom) could be found for cheap these days. picked that up right off, playing it right now. i like it, but i've never been a huge fan of auto aim. however, it might need to happen, with only one analoge stick and all. i'll probably look into the medal of honor games, here soon. only problem is, only a few days until UT3...
